What a year!!!

When I say I am blessed to be working in a field that I truly LOVE, I mean it. This year was BUSY. And it was filled with so much joy and beauty and love. After three years in business I can honestly say that I have found my style (if you’re in the biz…you KNOW what I mean). If you follow my blog, you have heard me say “LIFESTYLE IS MY FAVORITE.” Over and over again (and over again). I am so happy to have an amazing set of clients that GET me…that get my style and above anything else, that TRUST me to photograph them and preserve REAL moments. The little in-between moments that I am so fortunate to catch that evoke REAL emotion…that parents will look back on years from now and FEEL. And REMEMBER. Like how their child clutched their beloved stuffed bunny close. Or how their daughter took a moment to feel the wind in her hair with her eyes closed. Or the real laughter they all had when I yelled “tickle Dad NOW!!!!” THIS is what gets me. And I’m so glad that you “get it”, too.

Below are just SOME of my favorite moments from 2013. I am so thankful for my repeat clients that have become real friends. For all the new faces (and there were a lot of them!) that I had the absolute pleasure of getting to know. And for all of you following along. Photography has been a life long PASSION of mine, and I am so over the moon to be able to share it.
